Room Dimensions and Capacities

Rooms can be rented with different furniture configurations. Column headings on the dimensions page indicate the layout type, and the numbers underneath show the room capacity with the given layout:

• Lecture: room is set up with chairs facing the front of the room
• Classroom: room is set up with class chairs facing the front of the room
• Hollow Square: tables are set around the outside of the room with space in the middle
• Board: tables are set up to create one larger table in center of room
• U-shaped 1-sided: tables create a horseshoe with seats on the outside only
• U-shaped 2-sided: tables create a horseshoe with seats on inside and outside
• Dining: room is set up with tables and chairs to seat the specified number of people
• Reception: room set up without chairs
