Reservations Procedures
Reservations for the Price Center, Student Center, and Library Walk may be made in person, by phone, or requested online at http://pc-reservations.ucsd.edu/. Please familiarize yourself with our Reservations Policies before making a reservation.
The University Centers Reservations Desk is located on the second floor of the Price Center and is open Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Phone: (858) 534-7666 (534-ROOM).
Reservations Scheduling Priority
Scheduling priority is given first to registered UCSD Student Organizations, second to UCSD Departments, and third to Off-Campus organizations.
Change of Room Assignment
The University Centers reserves the right to change room assignments in order to serve the greatest number of programs and activities.
